Office parking decks are fine when we can reach a spigot or bring our own water; just tell us in the booking notes.
Most take the better part of a day: correction is the slow part, then the coating needs to be applied and levelled with care. We block the time so nothing is rushed.
Do I need paint correction first?
Yes. A coating locks in whatever is under it, so swirls and light scratches are corrected first. Pick 1-step unless you know the paint has deep defects; we check it when we arrive and confirm with you before starting.
What does the warranty cover?
The coating's gloss, beading and protection over the term when the car is maintained as we explain at hand-over - hand or touchless washes, pH-neutral soap. Rock chips and contact scratches aren't covered; a coating makes paint easier to keep clean, it isn't armour.
When do I pay?
After the job, once you've seen the photos. Card on file or at the end, whichever's easier. Booking costs nothing.
